Grid is a very powerful raid frame addon that can be configured to display a vast amount of information. In particular, we'll focus here on showing important raid debuffs as the center icon within a Grid raid frame.
The first thing you'll need to do is find out the exact name of the debuff you'd like to add to your Grid. Let's take Kologarn's Stone Grip as an example. The debuff name is just that, Stone Grip. So in your Grid options, go to Status, Auras, Add new Debuff. Type in Stone Grip. The colour doesn't matter and the priority's default of 90 is fine. When you select Debuff: Stone Grip after adding it, make sure ENABLED has a tick next to it.
You're halfway there. Next, within your Grid options, select Frame, Center Icon. Then add a tick next to Debuff: Stone Grip.
Next time you have Grid on during the Kologarn fight, you'll now see exactly who is being Stone Gripped.
This works for most debuffs, such as Slag Pot on Ignis, both Gravity Bomb and Light Bomb on XT-002 Deconstructor and Frost Blast on Kel'Thuzad. You can put in virtually any debuff and have it display in this fashion if you like. Just make sure you type in the name of the debuff exactly and you'll be good to go!
